Returns Policy

Return Policy

Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Altered and assembled products may not be returned.

There will be a 20% restocking fee for all return items.

You will also have to pay for the shipping charges for shipping the furniture to you as well as the shipping back to our warehouse. This is because once items are returned to us; we do not resell them to another customer as they are no longer new.

To return a product, send an email to returns@comfykidsbedroom.com with your name, order number and reason for return.

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.

If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.

If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@comfykidsbedroom.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

 

Refunds (if applicable) :

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellations:                                     

Any order that gets cancelled after 24 hours is subject to a 10% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.

If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees as well.

 

Back-ordered Items

For products that are Out Of Stock, your payment will not be charged until the items is in stock.

Even for this, we will notify you whether we need to refund or wait until the item is in stock.

The sale amount will still be applicable for back-ordered items.
